You Are A Producer
People who think in terms of "having a job" are being
suckered.
You don't HAVE a job. You lease it for as long as you
make the company money by being there. If you aren't bringing
the company a pile of money every Friday then why in heavens
name would they pay you?
We get so used to saying, I'm a teacher, I'm a doctor or
whatever.
How STUPID is that?
NO YOU AREN'T.
KEYPOINT: You are a PRODUCER.
(And if you aren't now, you are going to be soon!!!)
You create stuff to sell, or you sell it, or you deliver it or
you service it. And if you don't do one of those things, "your
job" will always be on the chopping block.
If you ain't productive, you have NO SECURITY, no safety net, no
nothing.
(Better join a union fast as your only hope to hold that company
hostage.)
Key Characteristic of Producers
KEYPOINT:
PRODUCERS are people who have a common characteristic.... the
REGULAR and PREDICTABLE USE of CONSCIOUS WILL…known in pop
psychology as WILL POWER.
99% of all activities the average person does each day, require
no conscious will.
In fact, some of the smartest scientists wonder quite loudly
that ANY of us have conscious will (will power).
(and I'm dead serious about that.)
I always argue "yes" and then they have human after human after
human of examples of people who have no evidence of having "will
power," that my arguments and theories are weakened dramatically….
FACT:
You cannot achieve any NEW goal without having a willpower. It
is the only thing that will assure that you will stick to your
goal.
I can guarantee that you wouldn't even hear the names like
Bill Gates, Tiger Woods, and Lance Armstrong if these people
didn't have willpower.
