Becoming a Consulting Hypnotist

Becoming certified as a hypnotist marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of greater and greater fulfillment because your life is changing in positive ways and the lives of those you help will also benefit greatly.

Certification

After taking the class, you are receiving a dual-certification. You are certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Consulting Hypnotist and you are certified by the Minnesota Institute of Advanced Communications as a Certified Hypnotist.

The National Guild of Hypnotists is the world's largest hypnosis organization and has a convention that is unmatched in quality and quantity of excellent and interesting seminars and workshops.

Certified Consulting Hypnotist Certification
Course Outline

Qualifying Hours
The student will accomplish 100 hours of work, study and experience to earn their certification. These hours will qualify the student for membership in the National Guild of Hypnotists.

National Guild Hypnotists Certification General Program Objectives – Hypnosis Certification

The student is expected to have a basic through intermediate understanding of hypnosis and its consulting applications after their certification training.

It is expected that this initial training will prepare the student to begin working with clients for situations amenable to stress management consulting and motivational coaching.

This program meets and exceeds the criteria for membership in the National Guild of Hypnotists.

PLEASE NOTE: The MIACS, LLC hypnotist certification program meets the criteria for membership in the National Guild of Hypnotists but it does not grant one the right to act in any way as a medical consultant or practitioner. Graduates are highly effective stress management consultants and motivational coaches and as such, they can make very valuable contributions to a person’s health and well-being.

MIACS, LLC and its representatives always require a physician’s referral before working with any person who has a medically diagnosed condition. MIACS students are instructed to do same.

Overall program objectives consist of classroom instruction where the student will study National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) approved manuals and extensively experience being hypnotized as well as learning to hypnotize others.

The NGH manuals are the basis of the classroom instruction. NGH certification rests upon successful completion of NGH authorized examinations.
